Terra Nova is the story of the ill-fated Antarctic expedition of Robert Falcon Scott. Author Ted Tally employs an ingenious combination of reality, fantasy and memory to capture the mood and personalities crucial to this compelling study of heroism in the face of bitter failure.

Coat and blanket drive

The Longmont Theatre will be holding a coat and blanket drive during the run of the show. Please bring in gently used (or new!) coats and blankets that we can distribute to local shelters and aide organizations. Cash donations are also welcome. Contact the theater at 303-772-5200 for more information.

Special presentations before selected shows

Longmont Theatre has arranged for two special pre-show events about the expedition that is the subject of this show. Both events are free and open to the public, with or without a ticket to the show. Each presentation starts at 6:00 pm, and runs until 6:50 pm. At that time, the auditorium will be emptied, and regular theater seating will begin at 7:00 pm.
