Fees and honorariumsAll of our scheduled events are free. All of our performers and staff are volunteers. If you invite us to perform at a local street fair, art festival, or similar event, or at a non-profit fund raiser, our apperance may be free, provided we may hand out fliers for our company, and for Longmont Theater Company events. If you would like us to appear at a school event, the fee is very flexible -- often as low as $100 for a half-hour appearance. If you invite us to perform at a for-profit fund raiser, or some other private affair, we will negotiate a reasonable fee. Our usual price is five percent of the actual gross receipts, with a minimum fee of $250 for a half-hour performance. Help with trasportation expenses may be requested. Of course, we are always pleased to accept any honorarium. Any money we receive goes to support the Longmont Theater Company. | |||
